Stylish star Allu Arjun is also entering into the real estate business like his co-stars Mahesh Babu, Jr NTR and Nagarjuna. Now the latest news is that Allu Arjun reportedly paid Rs. 5 crore for a one-acre land in Tellapur, outskirts of Hyderabad, which is now emerging as a hot investment destination.
Allu Arjun has built a palatial 5,000 sq. ft villa on this land and is looking to buy a few more acres around the place so that he can develop it as a resort — a profitable business venture. The property will also be let out at Rs 1 lakh per day for music performances, story discussions and other activities, says a source close to the actor. The property will have a spa, swimming pool and a great cuisine for his guests to unwind during the weekends.
So if Allu Arjun wants to relax on weekends, he can also go to this place.
